Questions about your bill //

​​​​​What billing or insurance information will I receive?


At your initial appointment, we will copy your photo ID along with your insurance card. Once coverage is verified, we will contact you regarding what your co-pay is and your deductables, including any out-of-pocket expenses you should expect.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

This varies per insurance company, but usually you should be able to check online with 72 hours and see an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) where we have filed charges and what those charges entail.
